1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of VisioX, operated by Mini Mundo SARL Single Partner ("we"). By signing in, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
Your Institution has a separate licence agreement with us. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails as between us and your Institution.
2. Who may use VisioX
VisioX is for individuals authorised by a participating Institution: medical students, resident physicians, attending physicians, and program administrators. You may also access the demonstration mode described below. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Your PIN
Your Institution's administrator issues your PIN. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and for everything done under your account. Do not share your PIN or let anyone else record an evaluation in your name — attributed assessment is the point of the system. If you believe your PIN is known to someone else, tell your administrator immediately; they can reset it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use VisioX only for legitimate educational assessment, and specifically not to:
- Enter patient names, medical record numbers, or any other information that identifies a patient, in any field or comment. VisioX is not a medical record system.
- Use the Service — including its Review Assistant — for diagnosis or patient care. Studies, worksheets, reviews, and AI-assisted suggestions exist for education and quality assessment only, and are never a substitute for clinical judgement.
- Enter material that is unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or retaliatory.
- Complete a worksheet or review you did not personally perform, or falsify assessment data.
- Attempt to access another Institution's data, another user's account, or any part of the Service you are not authorised to reach.
- Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the security of the Service.
- Extract data for any purpose other than your Institution's educational and quality-improvement activities.
Evaluations you write should be professional and defensible. Assume they may be read by the person evaluated, by program leadership, and in an accreditation review.
5. Ownership
Your Institution's data belongs to your Institution. Evaluation records, rosters, and reports generated through VisioX remain the property of the Institution that created them, and are available for export at any time.
VisioX belongs to us. The Service — its software, interface, assessment workflows, designs, and the VisioX name and marks — is our property and is licensed, never transferred. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while authorised by a participating Institution. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, resell, or create derivative works from it.
Feedback you send us may be used freely to improve VisioX, without obligation to you.
6. Demonstration mode
Demo mode contains synthetic data for evaluation purposes only. Demo environments are temporary, isolated, and deleted automatically. Do not enter real personal data, real patient information, or real evaluations in demo mode. We may withdraw or change demo access at any time.
7. Availability
We aim to keep VisioX available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, change features, or suspend access where necessary for security or legal reasons. Where practical we give Institutions advance notice.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where an Institution's licence ends, or where we must act to protect the Service or its users. Institutions may remove individual users at any time.
9. Disclaimers
VisioX supports ultrasound education and quality assessment. It is not a medical device, not a clinical decision-support tool, and must not be used for patient care or diagnosis. The Review Assistant's output is educational assistance for the reviewing attending, who remains solely responsible for every review and sign-off. Nothing in VisioX is medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount agreed between Mini Mundo SARL Single Partner and your Institution in the applicable licence or service agreement.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your entry of prohibited content, including patient-identifying information.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or to your Institution. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut, Lebanon have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you locally.
